Squats

Each set is 20 seconds

Rest 10 seconds in between each set

 

Walking Lunges

8 Sets

Each set is 20 seconds

Rest 10 seconds in between each set

 

Calf Raises

8 Sets

Each set is 20 seconds

Rest 10 seconds in between each set

 

Squat Walks

8 sets

Each set is 20 seconds

Rest 10 seconds in between each set

 

 

Note: This workout is grueling and not for the weak-minded.  Do as many repetitions as you possibly can during each 20 second set.
