Lunges + Jump………………………………………………………………………….3x 8reps

 

One-legged Squat…………………………………………………………………………..4x 10reps each leg

Step-ups…………………………………………………………………………..4x 15reps each leg

Wall-sits…………………………………………………………………………..3x 30seconds

 

Squats…………………………………………………………………………..5x 10reps + 3 jumps after each set
