Keep Your Blood Sugar Balanced

The levels of sugar in our blood have a lot to do with how we feel and the quality of our lives. To keep your blood sugar balanced so that it is not too high or too low you should follow the few rules below:
Be Willing to do the Work
1. EAT FREQUENTLY. Every 2-3 hours this helps keep our bodies at an even balance – no highs or lows.
2. DRINK WATER. 70% of our body weight is water, in order for cell function to eliminate waste. It is just so important.
3. SUGAR. During your work week, make a decision to not eat white sugar. It will take you out of your balance that you are trying to maintain. (candy, cookies, rice, liquids with sugar). Because sugar raises blood sugar, you get highs and lows which has a lot to do with our moods and quality if life in recovery.
4. PROTEINS. Keep levels good for the nutrients in protein help with stress or just our daily living.
To do deal with the stress and pressures of this life your body needs the proper nutrients. Prepare yourself by eating well and keeping your blood sugar balanced.
