Pull Ups: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Push-ups: 20, 18, 16, 14, 12
Body Lifts: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2    
Dips: 20, 18, 16, 14, 12
 
 Smith Machine Bench Press 100reps, use as few as sets as possible.  Use some weight between 100-135lbs if you can
