Gladiator Upper Body Program Day 3
 
 **This day is more for endurance than strength.  If your body is disproportional it will help expose that.  If you have trouble doing pull-ups your upper body is a lot weaker than your core/legs.  If you have trouble with push-ups your strength isn't nearly where it can be.  
 
 Pull Ups: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
 
 Push-ups: 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11
 
 Body Lifts: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
 
 Tricep Dips on bench: 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11

 

NOTE: Do one set of each exercise before doing another set of that exercise.
