 Butt Kicks 20 yards
 Ten Jumps
 
 Workout:  
 
 Run 1-mile
 
 Shuffle (slowly for first two sets)  ---------------------------------- 5x 20yrds
 Carioca  ---------------------------------- 4x 20yrds
 
 Power skips (jump for height) ---------------------------------- 3x 20yrds
 Power skips (jump for length) ---------------------------------- 3x 20yrds
 
 Frog Jumps ---------------------------------- 4x 20yrds
 Walking Lunges ---------------------------------- 4x 20yrds
 
 One-legged squats ---------------------------------- 4x 10reps, use wall if needed
 One-legged jumps ---------------------------------- 3x 12reps, 6 each leg
