Gladiator Leg Strength Program
 
 Warm-up:
 Run a quarter mile
 High Knees 20 yards
 Butt Kicks 20 yards
 Ten Jumps
 
 Workout:
 
 Frog Jumps ---------------------------------- 10reps, 3x
 Wall-sits ---------------------------------- 3x of 40sec hold
 
 Squats ---------------------------------- 4x 12reps (3 jumps after each set)
 Balance on one leg ---------------------------------- 1 minute hold, 15sec rest, 3x
 
 Deadlift ---------------------------------- 3x 10reps
 Calf-raises w/weight ---------------------------------- 3x 25reps
 
 One-legged squats ---------------------------------- no weight, use wall if needed, 3x 10reps
 
 Leg Curls for hamstring  ---------------------------------- 4x 10reps
