Stretch the hip-flexors/hamstring
Workout:
4 sets of 25reps for sit-ups
Oblique twists 2 sets of 40reps
Crunches 3sets of 50reps
Side-crunches 3sets of 25reps each side
4 sets of 25 reps for sit-ups
