Key

 

MAX- Do as many reps as possible, or if cardio perform as long as possible

 

MAX15- Do as many reps as possible; pick a weight so that you can do approx 15 reps

 

MAX5- Do as many reps as possible; pick a weight so that you can do approx 5 reps (really try to make sure you can do at least 5 reps)

 

DB- Use Dumbbells

 

BW- Use Body Weight
