Jump Rope 50reps

One-armed Row 8reps (Chris uses 45lbs)

Dumbbell Dead-lift 8reps (Chris uses two 35lb DBís)

Close-grip Press Bench Press 8reps (Chris uses 90lbs)

Dumbbell Press 8reps (Chris uses 45lb DBís)

Single Leg Lunge 8reps each leg (Chris uses 20lb DBís)

Lateral Raises 8reps (Chris uses 20lb DBís)

**Continue through this rotation for an hour.  (It will be hell).  IF you are as strong as Mr. Chelios and can get through the hour, then you may want to try biking 40 miles or paddling 16 miles as he often does that after this workout.
